On March 21st to 24th a transformative and rejuvenating wellness retreat unfolded amidst the serene backdrop of nature, bringing together 12 incredible women eager to embrace holistic healing, mindfulness, and personal growth. Hosted by Jaclyn, with the invaluable support of holistic nutritionist Catherine Contento, the retreat was a harmonious blend of yoga, sound healing, hot and cold exposure therapies, and connection circles/workshop.
The each beautiful morning of the retreat started with invigorating yoga sessions led by Jaclyn, designed to align body, mind, and spirit. Participants were guided through fluid sequences that encouraged deep breathing and enhanced awareness of the body. Each session provided a sanctuary for self-reflection and inner exploration, setting the tone for each day of rest and relaxation.
Participants were immersed in the soothing vibrations of sound healing one evening by Jade. The sound healing experience created a healing soundscape that brought everyone into a deep mediative state before heading to bed. Participants courageously engaged in alternating hot sauna sessions and invigorating cold plunges in the lake, guided by Jaclyn. One sauna session was a full self care session with a gua sha face massage and essential oil journey.
