Please note that Obsidian Retreats Inc. (“Obsidian”) is not a travel agency and is not in the business of selling travel. We work in collaboration with an Ontario based Travel Industry Counsel (“TICO”) registered travel agency who fulfills all travel services related to any of our retreats. All invoicing and payment of fees will be handled by the TICO registered travel agency, in accordance with the Travel Industry Act, 2002 (Act) and Ontario Regulation 26/05 (Regulation). This helps ensure your money is secure and used exclusively for its intended purpose.
