We provide corporate mindfulness programs tailored to companies in Toronto, available both remotely and in person. Our mission is to deliver stress-reducing services that cultivate a positive work environment and support employees' emotional well-being. Our offerings include mindful meditation, movement and breath-work practices, team building workshops and corporate retreats aimed at promoting holistic wellness within corporate settings.

The expert guides and co-founders of Obsidian Retreats, , Jade and Jaclyn, have been sharing their practices in professional workplaces for over 5 years. They have hosted countless community events and 5 International Retreats with the intention of teaching others to live a more mindful lifestyle.

  • Jaclyn

    CO-FOUNDER

    Jaclyn started her movement journey as a competitive dancer and shifted into the much kinder space of yoga. After years of self practice, she decided to undergo her first teacher training of 200 hours in Goa, India. Since then she has continued her education in the movement space, adding different modalities like Hot/Cold Exposure, Pilates, Reformer, Mediation, Breathwork, Aerial Yoga and more. Jaclyn's deep passions are creating a safe container for people to go through transformative experiences to heal themselves from the inside out, and building community.

  • Jade Montana

    CO-FOUNDER

    Jade has over 7 years of experience in the promotion of fitness, mindfulness and personal development. She entered the fitness industry at 18 years of age, as a strength and conditioning coach for athletes and has previously worked as a personal trainer at MedCan. She continued her education is movement and completed her 250 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica. As she developed her knowledge, she realized the importance of not just a strong body, but a strong mind. She then dove into the world of self-development practices with emphasis on reconditioning the brain, mindfulness and meditation. Jade’s offerings include meditation, sound healing, yoga and breath-work. Her passion is to teach others how to heal their deregulated nervous systems, allowing for feels of peace.

Express Zen

4 x 15 Minute Mindfulness Sessions.

The Express Zen program runs over the course of 4 weeks and is offered remote. It includes a mindfulness meditation that incorporates breathing techniques to ensure your employees are beginning their work day with a sense of peace.

Classic Zen

4 x 30 Minute Mindfulness Sessions.

The Classic Zen program runs over the course of 4 Weeks and is offered in person or remote. Each session offers a guided breathing technique and an extended meditation with varying themes. Your employees will leave feeling focused, valued and with a clear mind.

*We recommend these sessions to be offered before the start of the work day or mid day.

Ultra Zen

4 x 60 Minute Mindfulness Sessions.

The Ultra Zen program runs over the course of 4 Weeks and is offered in person or remote. Each session is lead by an expert facilitator and incorporates a 45 minute gentle stretch flow to release tension in the body and a 15 minute mindful breath and meditation to calm the mind. As a result your employees will feel positive and full of gratitude.

Team Building Workshop

2 Hour Obsidian Specialty Event

In this team building workshop, we will share tools and techniques for stress management to avoid burnout. Employees will then be guided in various activities focused on curating psychological safety. After they have build trust with one another, the event will end with meditation and breath-work. Employees leave feeling united with one another and valued by their peers.

3 Day All Inclusive Retreat

Leave the planning to us! We will create and lead a 3-day Inclusive Retreat in Northern Ontario that will allow your team to create a bond of a lifetime. All meals and accommodation are included with daily movement practices, nightly meditation sessions, daily team building exercises, hot and cold exposure therapy and more. Together you will create core memories.
